Beginning Steps Daycare

Welcome to Beginning Steps Daycare. We are pleased you’ve decided to inquire about joining our staff.  At our daycare center you will provide opportunities for each child to develop physically, socially, and cognitively according to their individual learning style through personal attention, guidance, and nurturing.

 

In order to be considered, you must be dedicated, reliable, hard-working, love children, and love working with them. As an employee, you will be expected to contribute your talents and energies to further the academic achievement of our students and continuously improve the quality and environment of the children’s surroundings.

State regulation mandates that any individual working with children in a daycare setting completes the 45-hour entry level course within 6 months of employment and yearly takes a minimum of 24 class hours to further their development.
